Quick answer
Core Web Vitals measure how fast a page loads, how quickly it responds, and how stable it is. Doily reports Largest Contentful Paint at 2.5 seconds, Interaction to Next Paint at 200 milliseconds, and Cumulative Layout Shift at 0.1 as the thresholds for a good result, using real-user data when it is available.

Read the three measures
Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) is how long the main content takes to appear. Interaction to Next Paint (INP) is how quickly the page responds to a tap or click. Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) is how much the layout jumps while loading.

Compare with the thresholds
A good LCP is 2.5 seconds or less, a good INP is 200 milliseconds or less, and a good CLS is 0.1 or less.

Check where the numbers come from
Field data comes from the Chrome UX Report, which records real visits from Chrome users. It reflects what your visitors actually experience.

Understand the fallback
Small or new sites may not have enough visits to appear in field data. Doily then shows Not enough real-user data and falls back to lab data, which is a test run under fixed conditions.

Fix the slowest pages first
Start with the pages that get the most visits and fail a measure.
Tips
- Field data and lab data can disagree. Field data is what visitors experience, and lab data is useful for testing a fix.
- Phones are usually slower than desktop, so check mobile results first.
Troubleshooting
Why do I see Not enough real-user data?
The Chrome UX Report only includes pages with enough visits. Doily shows lab data until real-user data exists.
Why does lab data look better than field data?
Lab tests run on a fast, fixed setup. Real visitors use many devices and connections, so field data is usually the harder test.
Does a failing score change my rankings by itself?
Core Web Vitals are one signal among many. Fixing them helps your visitors, and ranking changes depend on more than speed.
