The Agency trial
Doily is opening soon. These articles describe how the product works at launch.
Quick answer
Agency is the only plan with a trial. It lasts 7 days, a card is required, and you are not charged until day 7. Doily sends a reminder on day 5. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to Agency L1 at $499 a month. Free is the way to try Starter and Team.
Before you start
- A payment card
- A client or two to set up, so you can test the workflow
Steps
-
Start the trial
Choose Agency and enter your card. You get the Agency plan for 7 days with no charge during that time.
-
Set up your agency
Create client workspaces, add your branding, and invite staff. Agency L1 includes 20 client workspaces, 10 staff seats, and unlimited client logins.
-
Test white label
Agency includes full white label, with your own app name, domain, and email sender. Try a report and a client invitation.
-
Watch for the day 5 reminder
Doily sends a reminder on day 5 so you can decide before the first charge.
-
Keep it or cancel
If you do nothing, the trial converts to Agency L1 on day 7 and you are charged $499. Cancel before then and you are not charged.
Tips
- Run the trial with real prospects or clients so the data you collect carries into your first month.
- Agency L1 includes 14,000 credits a month, pooled across all client workspaces.
- Move up levels as you add clients. Each level adds 10 workspaces, 5,000 credits, 3 staff seats, 500 keyword slots, and 30 quick audits.
Troubleshooting
Do Starter and Team have trials?
No. Only Agency has a trial. The Free plan lets you try Doily at a small scale before you move to Starter or Team.
Why is a card required?
The card is used only if the trial converts. No charge is made until day 7.
What happens to my work if I cancel?
The workspace drops to Free. Downgrades never delete data, and anything over the Free limits becomes read-only.
