Steps

Choose wholesale on a client
Open the client and choose Wholesale with Skyfield Digital. This sends a request to Skyfield.

Wait for Skyfield to accept
A Skyfield admin accepts the request and chooses which staff work on the client. Consent is recorded.

Let Skyfield work under your brand
Skyfield staff open the client from their own dashboard and work inside your workspace, with your connections, tasks, and reports.

Keep your brand in front of the client
Emails go from your sender, reports carry your branding, and the client never sees Skyfield.

Check the access
Skyfield staff can reach only the clients you have shared with the partnership. They do not see the rest of your workspace.

Review the work
Agency admins can filter tasks and reports produced under the partnership using the Fulfilled by partner filter.

- Wholesale is set up client by client, so you can use a partner for some clients and run others yourself.
- No money moves through Doily for wholesale. Skyfield invoices the agency directly under your own agreement.
- Quick audits run by Skyfield staff count against your agency's allowance, not Skyfield's.

Will my client know Skyfield is involved?
No. Skyfield staff appear under an alias, email goes from your sender, and reports carry your branding.
Who sees the cost of the partnership?
Agency admins with the money permission see the monthly cost per client, as do Skyfield admins.
Can I end the partnership?
Yes. A partnership can be ended, and the client stays in your workspace.
Is wholesale a Doily feature or a Skyfield service?
Both. Doily provides the workspace, branding, and permissions. Skyfield Digital provides the people who carry out the work, under a separate agreement with you.
