White label reports and email
Doily is opening soon. These articles describe how the product works at launch.
Quick answer
Branding depends on your plan. Free and Starter reports show Powered by Doily. Team adds a custom logo and colors, with Doily still on the login page and email footer unless you add the $29 custom report domain. Agency is full white label, with your own app name, domain, and email sender.
Before you start
- Your logo file and brand colors
- A plan that includes the branding you want
Steps
-
Add your logo and colors
Open your branding settings and add your logo. On Team and Agency you can also set your own colors.
-
Know what Free and Starter show
Free and Starter reports show Powered by Doily. Starter reports can carry your logo.
-
Know what Team shows
Team reports use your logo and colors. Doily still appears on the login page and in the email footer, unless the custom report domain add-on is active.
-
Add the custom report domain on Team
The custom report domain add-on costs $29 a month and lets report links live on your own domain.
-
Use full white label on Agency
Agency plans include your own app name, domain, and email sender, so clients see only your brand.
Tips
- Preview a report as a client would see it before you send it.
- Branding applies to the reports and emails clients receive. Staff still sign in to the workspace.
- Ask a teammate to open a test report in another browser to check your branding the way a client sees it.
Troubleshooting
Why does my report still say Powered by Doily?
Free and Starter plans always show it. Move to Team or Agency to change it.
Why does the email footer still mention Doily on Team?
On Team, Doily stays on the email footer and login page unless the $29 custom report domain add-on is active.
Where do I set up the sender address?
Agency plans can set a custom domain and sender. See the article on setting up a custom domain and sender.
